Service Description

Additional support is designed to provide you with any extra guidance and reassurance you may need along the way. Available alongside your Mini or Maxi Package, this includes: One additional week of weekday WhatsApp or email support. Sleep diary review. Adjustments to your existing plan where needed. Additional support must be agreed in advance and is subject to availability. Please note: Top up support must be used within 4 weeks of commencing a sleep programme. Terms and Conditions apply.
