Service Description

This package is perfect for any sleep problem; from nap transitions, consolidation of naps, settling issues or supporting your baby or toddler to sleep through the night. Suitable for babies from 6 months to children up to 4 years of age. -Online Sleep questionnaire and diary to be completed prior to the consultation. This is an opportunity to tell me all about you and your child, the sleep concerns and goals. -A 60 minute consultation via telephone/zoom/facetime. During this call I will provide you with all the knowledge and tools, to enable you to feel empowered to make whatever changes necessary for your child to sleep better. -Bespoke Sleep plan – based on the outcome of the consultation, I will create a sleep management programme for you to follow. - 1 week of WhatsApp/text support T&C's apply regarding contactable hours. On booking any service with Mini Sleepers, please familiarise yourself with safer sleep practices as set out by The Lullaby Trust (www.lullabytrust.org.uk) if your child is under 12 months of age (or 12 months from the due date for babies born prematurely).
