Service Description

This package can help with a range of sleep concerns, from nap transitions and consolidation of naps to settling difficulties and night waking. It is suited to families who would like a bespoke sleep plan to follow, with guidance along the way. My aim is to give you the knowledge and tools to feel empowered to make changes that work for your family. Includes: Sleep questionnaire and diary: To be completed before the consultation, giving you the opportunity to tell me about your child, your sleep concerns and what you would like to achieve. 45-minute telephone or video consultation: We will discuss your child’s sleep, answer your questions and explore the different options available. I’ll support you in choosing an approach that feels right for you and your child. Bespoke sleep plan: Following the consultation, I’ll create a personalised sleep plan for you to follow. This will sent within 48 hours of the consultation. One Week of WhatsApp support* *Your support runs for seven consecutive days, starting on an agreed date and includes weekends. You are welcome to send updates and questions whenever suits you. I’ll review your sleep diary, answer questions about your plan and make adjustments where needed. Please send your daily update and questions together where possible, so I can provide clear guidance. WhatsApp support is not a live or overnight service, so replies will not always be immediate. I’ll respond within 24 hours, including at weekends. Support finishes on the agreed date. Unused days do not carry over. Support relates to the child and sleep concerns covered in your consultation. Suitable from 6 months to 4 years. T&C's apply regarding contactable hours. All MiniSleepers sleep plans are provided on the understanding that you have read NHS or The Lullaby Trust’s safer sleep guidance and will follow it throughout. Safer sleep guidance should always take priority when putting your sleep plan into practice.
